Nakshira ("Nakshira", "we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy of individuals who access or use the Nakshira website, mobile applications, products, and services, including customers, visitors, astrologers, advisors, service providers, and other users (collectively, "Users"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, share, protect, and otherwise handle personal information when you use Nakshira. This Privacy Policy should be read together with Nakshira's Terms of Use and any other terms applicable to a particular service. Nakshira intends to process personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection and privacy laws. 4. BIRTH AND ASTROLOGY INFORMATION

Because Nakshira provides astrology-related services, you may choose to provide information necessary to generate personalized astrological services, including:

• Gender, where relevant to the service
• Birth location
• Astrological preferences
• Questions submitted for consultations
• Information voluntarily provided to an astrologer or advisor

5. ASTROLOGER CONSULTATIONS

Nakshira may operate as a technology platform through which Users discover, communicate with, book, and consult astrologers or other advisors. When you choose to consult an astrologer, certain information that you provide for that consultation may be made available to the astrologer where necessary to provide the requested service. You should avoid sharing information during consultations that isn't necessary for the requested service. Where technically available, Nakshira may use platform-based communications designed to limit unnecessary disclosure of personal contact information between Users and astrologers.

6. CHAT, AUDIO AND VIDEO COMMUNICATION

Nakshira may provide chat, voice, audio, and/or video communication features. Depending upon the feature used, Nakshira may request access to:

• Camera
• Audio
• Video
• Files or photographs that you choose to upload

Access will be requested where required by the applicable device, browser, or operating system. For example, microphone permission may be required when you initiate an audio consultation or send a voice message, and camera access may be necessary for video consultations. Users should exercise discretion when sharing personal information during consultations.Nakshira should separately disclose here whether consultations are recorded and, if so, the applicable recording, retention, access, consent, and deletion arrangements.

• Security and fraud prevention
  Protect Users, accounts, transactions, systems, and the Nakshira platform against unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, and security threats.
• Service improvement
  Analyze platform performance, diagnose technical problems, and improve Nakshira's products and services.
• Legal and regulatory requirements
  Process or retain information where required or permitted by law, legal process, dispute resolution, fraud investigation, enforcement of agreements, or requests from legally authorized authorities.

11. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND AUTOMATED SERVICES

If Nakshira uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automated systems to provide astrology-related functionality, recommendations, summaries, translations, customer support, matching, fraud detection, or other features, Nakshira should provide appropriate notice about the relevant processing. Where information submitted by Users is processed through third-party AI or technology providers, such providers should be subject to appropriate contractual, confidentiality, security, and data-processing requirements. Nakshira should not state that User content is or is not used for training AI models unless that statement accurately reflects its actual architecture and vendor contracts.

Nakshira does not sell personal information merely because a User creates an account or uses an astrology service. Personal information may, however, be shared where necessary with categories of recipients such as:

13. ASTROLOGY DISCLAIMER

Astrology is inherently interpretive. Astrological readings, birth charts, horoscopes, compatibility assessments, predictions, and consultations available through Nakshira should be considered informational, spiritual, cultural, or entertainment-oriented services, as applicable. No specific outcome is guaranteed. Nakshira does not guarantee that an astrological prediction, interpretation, remedy, recommendation or advice will be accurate or produce a particular outcome. Users should exercise their own judgment when acting upon information received through astrology services. Astrological services should not be treated as a substitute for appropriately qualified professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. For advertising, Nakshira should ensure that claims remain truthful and non-misleading. The ASCI Code says advertisements should be legal, decent, honest and truthful and should safeguard against misleading claims.

14. SECURITY

Nakshira intends to maintain reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the personal information processed. Such protections may include measures designed to prevent:

• Unauthorized access
• Unauthorized disclosure
• Alteration
• Destruction
• Loss
• Misuse of personal data

However, no online platform, electronic transmission method, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and should promptly notify Nakshira if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.

15. DATA RETENTION

Nakshira will retain personal information only for the period reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and processed, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, security, dispute-resolution, and record-keeping requirements. Nakshira's account and consultation services should be designed for individuals who satisfy the applicable age requirements established for the relevant service and jurisdiction. Nakshira should not knowingly collect personal information from children contrary to applicable law. If a parent or lawful guardian believes that a child's personal information has been collected contrary to applicable requirements, they should contact Nakshira using the contact information below. Before launch, Nakshira should establish a specific age policy and parental/guardian consent workflow where legally required rather than copying Astrotalk's "13 years" threshold. The DPDP framework has its own provisions concerning children, so this should be reviewed specifically by counsel.

Nakshira may use infrastructure and service providers located in different jurisdictions. Where required, Users will be given appropriate mechanisms to manage marketing preferences. Transactional, administrative, security, and service-related communications may still be necessary for operating an account.

22. ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL CONTENT

Nakshira intends advertising and promotional claims concerning its astrology and related services to be transparent and non-misleading. Nakshira should not represent astrological predictions or consultations as providing guaranteed outcomes. The ASCI Code states that advertisements should ensure truthfulness and honesty of representations and claims and safeguard against misleading advertising.

23. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Nakshira may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in its services, technology, business practices, or applicable legal requirements. The updated policy will bear a revised "Last Updated" date. Where required by applicable law, Users will be provided appropriate notice of material changes and consent will be obtained where required.

This Privacy Policy will be governed by applicable law. The precise governing law, court jurisdiction and any arbitration clause should match Nakshira's actual legal entity, Terms of Use, place of incorporation, and markets in which it operates.
